We’re doing it.
Okay, so we drive past Pablo’s place at around 6PM, but could not find a space in the slanted back-in parking right in front of his condo. Brian busts a U-wie and considers pulling into the pay parking. But, instead of paying $5, we notice a spot RIGHT in front of Pablo’s, so Brian quickly veers in head first to preserve the parking spot. We leave the slanted parking and game for 4-5 hours.
At roughly 10PM, we go to Richard’s (within walking distance on Capital Hill) for some burgers. Pablo noticed that Brian had a white envelope sitting under his wipers. Turned out that Brian had received a $38 ticket for parking in the wrong direction at the “back-in” parking. We suggested that he reposition the car. Brian just wanted to get to Richard’s, so he places the ticket back into the envelope and puts the envelope back under his wipers.
At 1:20AM, we leave Pablo’s after a hearty MvC2 session. Brian now had two $38 tickets tucked under his driver’s side wipers. Brian took on the system, and the system won. This message has been brought to you by, The Man.
WOW wtf. Fucked up, but also extremely hilarious. Tears are coming out of my eyes. I will be sure to buy him all the tacos he wants next time we go to the Tacos el Asadero.

I can’t believe we played low tier teams for a good 5-6 hours. My Charles/Colossus/Cyke/Gief/Akuma variations did well. However, when it came time to throw down with Magnus and Co., I was preconditioned into doing SPDs and lk, lk, super. Next time we should record them because there were some incredible things going on.

Even though its week four, I have two midterms on Wednesday and Thursday, so I can’t make it today.
