Someone lemme go to memo’s with you sometime, cus I keep hearing about it and it sounds like my kind of establishment.
I actually don’t think their food is all that great. The value is amazing, though. Also, I do sort of lament the dearth of taqueria style dining establishments in the mold of what I enjoyed in Cali, Texas, and much of the southwest. For its price, I’d definitely recommend that everyone give it a shot.
Since Than Bros’ prices went up a few months ago, Memo’s has taken over as my favorite budget eatz in Seattle. Than Bros held the crown for nearly 11 years, I mourn their passing. I still recall when their University AVE location held their grand opening in 98, when a large was $2.95. The times, they are a change’n.
