Does anybody have any first hand experience with these ball tops? I am specifically wondering how close to Sanwa yellow the Golden Yellow and/or Jouster Yellow tops are. They seem a little pricey, but their claim that they “bounced these balls on a smooth cement floor, hard enough to hit the ceiling, and it barely left a mark”, along with the seamless design, makes them quite appealing. Any info is much appreciated.
Eh those are neat, but the semitsu bubbletops still look about as good imo, and can be had for half the price. I don’t get the claim of easy scratching or “gouging” on normal ones either. Semitsu & Sanwa ball tops are pretty solid in their own right, and i’ve never had that issue.
They make the case that theirs are more durable, but does any gamer out there really put their balltops through such extreme abuse while playing? I think not.
The lack of a seam is nice though. I really like the amber gemstone but at $11.41 shipped…not sure if its good enough to replace my Yellow bubbletop.
