If its going to a theater, that FK will never get fixed…there’s a CvS2 at Yorkdale Silvercity and the 2P stick is totally fucked as in won’t work at all, not the buttons either. Its like its not even plugged in at all. They just throw shit in theaters and don’t seem to maintain the shit at all. Every DDR machine I’ve ever tried in a Silvercity out here is a piece of shit. And they wonder why arcade business is not doing well?
Somebody should buy that machine though. I would if I had the money. Fix that button and its a perfectly good cabinet. Throw it into an arcade that matters. Should get Simon to buy it and throw it in Mohawk so Waterloo can keep their CvS2…:tup:
Is eg selling the cabinet, and if they are how much? We can all pitch in or if anyone is rich enuff they can buy it them selves then have a free cvs2 with great sticks. Playing on a arcade machine is so much better then ps2/dc with 2 sticks. Don’t know why but i just like playing on the actual machine more.

LAN was fun…notes:
-getting 1st in ST,3S,cvs2,mvc2
-beating darko in our .50 cent bet :lol:
-hearing darko compare vince to cartman when vince beat dave for $5 and kept rubbing it in dave’s face
-vince saying “hey everybody watch this!”…attempts to do a guile sonic hurricane at the start of the match to hit dave…but whiffs completely 
-brocoli pizza :wow:
-getting called a cheater by darko after baiting him out and doing random shit on 3s and RCin on cvs2
-jimmy is the FUTURE

There’s two lessons to learn from this…

Don’t call stuff out unless you actually hit what you’re planning otherwise people will mock you. Well, in my case, people mock me for anything, but still.

If you’re going to call something special, make sure its something special. Even if you hit that sonic hurricane at the beginning of the round, it probably wouldn’t have impressed that many people considering its an old trick…really old trick.
Reminds me of when I tried it on some York dude with Justin’s game and whiffed except I didn’t go “watch this” beforehand and it ended up being funny cause I pissed off Justin for wasting his meter for no reason… :tup:

Lan was alright but rey ruined it with all his cheating. Did alright in marvel but without know any combos you can only go so far. Yes Yes, dave’s money. Hahaha vince just let it go dude its only 5 bucks.

So then Feb 25th is the next LAN thing, right? I’ll try to make plans to make it ahead of time…since i have a month to work plans out, I should be able to make it.
I am going to be in Hamilton on the 10th or the 11th next week so I’ll likely drop by Mohawk on either of those days to check out the new improved Mohawk arcade.
