I like to play with every character a little in SFIV, and I will definitely try this guy out.
I have to say though, from the trailer he looks like a complete joke and from the juri gameplay he just … doesn’t look my style at all. I get that he’s funny, but if I hadn’t already preordered ssfiv this guy would not be the character to make me rush out and get it!
Hakan single-handedly saved the entire SF franchise. God Bless Hakan.

Both Hakan and Rufus are joke characters. But
Rufius model is terrible, he look ridiculus, not Hakan IMO
It does a lot of things but really enhances his normals and speed/range of moves. Hopefully they’ll officially show off some of that stuff soon.
