I am not liking that I watched the Hakan vs Dhalsim match, only to see him get perfected. I get the feeling that will be an ugly matchup for him.

Well it’s too early to tell how any of the match ups are going to be. Dhalshim is tricky to fight for all of the characters including for his bad match ups if Dhalshim plays it smart. Hakan is too new so we don’t know the best ways to get in on Dhalshim and deal damage to him.
You mean the Hakan player who didn’t even know his special moves? Yeah ok. He also didn’t know any other way to move with Hakan other than jumping forward. Yeah every matchup is bad when u suck ass with the character.
so I am assuming his oil disapperas over time or the more moves he uses OR both, also how long does it last before you need another coat ?
The precise time is unknown. It’s anywhere from 8-15 seconds.

So you have to be aggressive with hakan to keep oiled all the time.
I am sure someone will find some tricks where you can get oiled safely.

yea liek some guy said it could be possible to do hk oil up and get hit by a fireball to cancel the animation but still have the oiled up state
only prob with that is whether the longer time is dependent on how long u oiled up or if it doesnt matter which kick version u use just as long as u use that, even if u got attacked during the animation it still would have that versions’ time limit

knocked down is basically wake game so thats not really based on oiling up or not, u would still have to know ur options in getting out of it
what we hakan players would like to know is the best opportunities to oil up safely or find a way to oil up quickly and end the animation
