the DLC is unlocked by hackers long ago he will not be in it but the Hugo here is not from capcom either just a Thing i build with the Graphical editor so maybe in SFxT later on but i dont think so…
hakan wont be in it sadly! his play style just is not good for this game! honda is the same way…i dont really see hakan in future street fighter games for a while
Oh posh, he’d work fine if he was oiled the entire match instead of including the oiling up mechanic, which is better suited to the pace of SF4
I had my dream team of Makoto/Hakan already figured out and it never came to fruition T T
