Haggar resets: How do you escape them?

I’m talking about when you’re in the corner, and Hagger pipes you, then hits you with a light into an arial Hoodlum Launcher. How do you escape this? As blocking doesn’t seem to work.

Neutral tech.

If you have and airdash or a double jump, use it. If you have a fast air jab, mash it. Everyone else can neutral tech and jab him out of it. The biggest thing is that you have to be ready for it.

vertical assist make it so any character can escape

Blocking helps.

Actually blocking will not help in this case because its an air grab

mash L / assist

airdash or double jump if possible.
