Overcoming hardship is something everyone has to do. It’s not inspiration, it’s part of your job description as a human being. They’re simply try to go about their daily lives. They have nothing to prove, or at least, should not be made to feel like they do. They’re doing what they can, with what they have, and that should be admired, not inspired from. The last thing people with impairment want is to be made to feel different. And really, that’s what you’re doing. You’re drawing attention to something that they don’t like people focusing on.
People need to be appreciative of what they have because someone else is overcoming their own personal challenges? Fuck. That. Learning to appreciate what you have is something YOUR PARENTS should be instilling in you.
Here’s a part people who stopped by here and will never return again might relate to. Even if those guys are already long gone.
What’s cool about this guy is he will not waste the time and effort to ragequit. If you play him, you will get an end result and a player who will play thru the match all the way, the win or loss doesn’t seem majorly important and so serious to save face somehow or whatever goes thru their mind when they do that, with the bonus of not corrupting your system on some versions by ragequitting and not respecting anybody, even themselves.
We have people still in the 3s forums who actually have a ragequit issue, they’ve been here for years -say they’ve beaten top players in a set online for the heavyweight championship of the world
[details=Spoiler](the top player is unaware of this being on the line *see other top American players for words on correcting bad attitudes with beating someone once-that means he sucks and your 1 win is evidence of being better,
in an environment where you’re probably in your underwear or even less than Elena clothing optional, who knows with your crazy online ass)[/details] but don’t include the DQ:RQ’s.
We try not to talk about it or them. Its our skeleton in the closet. I don’t know if we accept him more than other forums too, shit, someone told him “That’s not how an anagram works, and it doesn’t seem like you understand that, or well, anything really.” He got mad and posted another youtube in response, like before it didn’t work, like at all, I bet he even felt ashamed of himself for not reacting but doing the same thing, pressing the same buttons. Insanity… expecting a different result.
Hey guys I’m sure you’ll all love this. I was on twitch randomly and saw that Handi was streaming. I asked him if he wanted to play some 3S and he agreed!
Starts at 04:26:00
Be sure to watch the last match at 04:35:00 when he plays Makoto. Its pretty hype
(Warning: I haven’t played 3S on PC in a long time and my timing was hella off with Akuma so I switched to Chun after 2 matches).
Overall, I was surprised at Handi’s knowledge of the game. I’m sure he would be a really solid player if he was able to access the buttons easily.
