I would characterize myself as MGTOW then. Sounds like that just means you look out for yourself, don’t get involved with other people or trying to change anyone’s mind. Basically just live for yourself and for your own enjoyment and not worry about what other people do.

@Sesshomaru - Since people keep asking this all of a sudden, it was on the news, like Day 1, and I’m pretty sure it’s confirmed in his diatribe of an autobiographical manifesto as well.
As far as I understand, his parents got in contact with the authorities after finding some of his more disturbing videos and they contacted the police. The police came over, did a check-in a bit, found him “polite” because the guy wasn’t frothing at the mouth crazy and then left because they could neither arrest for him anything–well, not really–nor had they a search warrant to look for anything.
What followed shortly afterward is this. So I don’t blame the police, really, since their hands were tied, which is darkly amusing given it seems like it’s one of relatively few times his parents got off either of their asses and actually parented. Too little too late.
@Little_Goten - Unfortunately I can’t get away with killing nearly that many people in the short amount of time it needs to happen to have maximum effectiveness, even if I had access to a nuke. Maybe someday though…

I read his entire manifesto. I have to say, he really doesn’t hide anything. He starts with his birth and explains every year of his life in great detail. He even talks about the first time he jerked off. Really fascinating stuff.
So after reading his life story, it’s pretty clear to me what the issue is with him. He didn’t have a strong father figure. He was spoiled since birth and when his parents divorced, he split time with a mother who gave him everything he wanted (she even set up playdates, which were the cornerstone of his social life until he was 18), and his father was never around and married a woman who took over control of the household (i.e. a weak man).
If he had a strong male figure to teach him confidence, self-improvement, game, etc., he would have been fine. But instead, he had a mother who gave him everything he wanted without having him earn it, except the one thing she couldn’t give him…a girlfriend.

In any event his manifest while interesting is no more insightful than when someone posts pictures of their rooms or Computers and you see a glimpse into their rooms and the makeup or composition and then use it to see the reflection of the owner. Mental illness is not an “excuse.” Nobody is celebrating the kid or even pitying him. Actually, if anyone is showing pity it’s the people that refuse to admit he had a mental illness and are trying to blame the parents and his childhood or upbringing or whatnot.
