Whoa, only just saw this thread. My videos being in the OP is probably why I have so many new youtube subscribers.
Overall I’m just happy for it to be getting a port, Obviously PS3 would have been nice but frankly the game looks so poverty that I doubt Sony would even let them port it to PS3, and a PS2 release is probably pointless. The best we can hope for is that the next GvG is done on cutting-edge arcade board, and comes with much better graphics, thus justifying a PS3 port. In the meantime, I’ll probably faff around and try to set up my PSP for ad-hocing to play this online, but it seems like a giant pain in the ass to figure out.

honestly though, this looks amazing. a huge improvement(imo) over the original. i’m glad they took out the cross over supers for the dash canceling shit.

There’s a few other cool fighters for PSP, too. Tekken 6, Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX, Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny, new Naruto fighter (looks like the spiritual successor to Ultimate Ninja Storm), Dissida Final Fantasy, BlazBlue remote play :lol:. Understandable about not wanting to shell out $200 on a handheld for one game but I think you could find a used PSP-1000 for a lot cheaper.
No, I’m not particularly fond of any of those either.
Sadly I fear if I got a PSP, it probably wouldn’t be used for gaming.
