So I have a Cerberus PCB and am having trouble getting it to install on a 360 SCV Madcatz. What would you charge since I have the PCB?

The dpad goes off and on I think it has a short or something
As in it will register directional inputs on its own or that it has trouble registering that you even pressed the dpad?
Has in it would be working fine reading inputs and it would just stop working after awhile every other button works fine but the dpad
I could see two possible scenarios.
- The ground wire for the dpad harness is loose/broken making temp contact.
- The rubber dpad in the module is worn out
The first case I could repair. In the second case there isn’t any thing I can do as I don’t have any spare parts for the pad.
It’s definitely the 1st 1 bcuz I have replaced the rubber contact b4 with no problem but I think this time I may have hit the wire or something

Just a few questions…basically I’m trying to shrink my joystick collection. Most of why it’s so big is because I have sticks for every system, so the ability to use a few sticks on multiple consoles would really help.
If I have multiple sticks that I want modded, is there any sort of discount?
What additional consoles are supported by the $150 multi-console mod?
Are you at all interested in accepting other lightly-used joysticks/parts as part of the payment? I mostly have the smaller FightStick SE form factor because that’s what I prefer myself, but with Sanwa/Seimitsu parts.
Lastly, I have a Tekken 6 wireless Hori stick (for 360) and would like to put different buttons in (just buttons…I swapped the spring in the lever and I’m happy with it). I already have the buttons (they will fit) and was going to attempt it myself but…yeah, changed my mind. I would prefer them to be rewired with QDs so that I can swap them in the future, but if they’re soldered that’s acceptable. Is this something you would do? If so, how much would you want for it?
