anyone have this on the ps3? I’m having minor freezing problems when the ARC logo starts in the beginning, this happens about 40% of the time.
There’s people who own Classic Controllers and may preffer them over the DualShock, I really don’t see the mystery anywere.
its 2009, there are practically converters for every system out there. short of actual game issues, who cares what system you get it on, because you can use a converter to use a different controller, and i aint no wii fan. just sayin
and there are plenty that think classic controllers suck. Plus the fact that ps2s are available and cheap vs. wii.
Then you have spending money for each controller, locating a Hori Wii stick (good luck), etc. I can see the mystery just fine.
I think its funny that having a negative opinion of the Wii = not giving it a chance.
^^Some of us already have the Wii plus the controllers, so that’s a moot point.
Mine was a gift, so I’d feel bad selling it, but yeah, it sucks. Hopefully Madworld and the upcoming No More Heroes 2 won’t make it feel so bad.

I actually think the Wii sucks, and I own one. But my point stands, there’s people who already own and like the CC, so “why the hell would anybody buy the Wii version of GG” sounds like an overreaction thats closer to fanboyism IMO.
i wish i still had mine for TvC; but i do not regret trading it to my tattoo artist for more ink!!!

You could also interpret it as “why the hell would anyone buy a fighting game on the Wii vs ps2”. Asking that question does not = fanboy, especially given the reasons above.

I really don’t understand what it shows the red arrows and a button to press afterwards.
If I recall correctly (haven’t looked at the move list in ages) those red arrows indicate that the move you did before hand is the beginning of a rekka combo of sorts. Like Slayers would be 214 P (or k or s) and p,k,s,hs,or d. Or like how Chipp can press HS after doing his Beat Blade input 236 P
yeah the red arrows indicate follow up moves. the easiest example is Ky’s DP which you can follow up by hitting HS.
It’s a moot point for me (remember that this argument starting about why I shouldn’t get it on Wii vs. PS2) and I’m not a Wii fanboy by any stretch of the imagination, I personally hate the system. (Serious lack of games) BTW I got this game for the PS2, so good day sir. (Kids online these days. :rolleyes: Jump to conclusions so fast.)
Team Battle mode is pretty hype indeed. Works much like KOF style. Good for people like me that like that use lots of characters. (Team Jam/Sol/Baiken FTW!)
BTW, it’s got the OST CD with it, hearing it atm. :rock:

I should really play some more, I’ve been messing around too much with Arcana Heart 2 since I got them both yesterday. I need to check into that SS Pad control configuration issue and make sure I wasn’t just imagining it.

On another note:
GG:AC plus is very, very well localized. From all I’ve seen over the two days I’ve had it, I’m impressed, and thats coming from someone who plays AC constantly. Aksys did a great job not only with the game itself but with the entire package.
Can’t wait to see how the domestic release of Blazblue turns out!
