You gave to download the update from the store… Version Up Pack, or something like that. Afterwards, switch the game to +R in the settings.

I was discussing this with a friend a few weeks ago about this. He was suggesting to get a PS3 and set up a JPN account and get some points for GGXXAC+R. I told him in the amount of time I’d spend doing that, Arc System Works would have announced the update for Xbox 360. Lo and behold!
