It’s extremely hit or miss. You can get good matches, and you WILL encounter bad ones. Just try to find people near to you.
Well i play marvel 3 online and sometimes kof 13 online I think I’ll be able to handle it.
Netcode is better than KOF13’s at the very least.
The only netcode worse than KOF13’s is KOF2k2UM’s.

Oct 24, 2012. That date was referring to when AC was released on XBL. There is no date for +R, I think they’re just letting everyone know that they missed Spring 2013.
