I drop Sidewinder combos on lightweights and after Grand Viper. The Grand Viper is the worst because it’s my favorite move in gaming history.
I ran into a few people that tried to instant kill me last night. Was hilarious. How are there already these types of people playing the game on day 1?
I think you’re setting these options on the “Player” sub-menu, you should switch to “Enemy” sub-menu first then set those options. Just press R1 when you’re in the training option menu, the window color should turn from black to green.
I blame the new games 
yes, but at the software level the programmers are supposed to have the game accommodate your tv aspect ratio (as specified by your console settings). as brought up in october, this game doesn’t do that, so playing it on a 4:3 tv has the game letterboxed with sidebars. it’s like playing on a mini tv inside of your regular tv, which sounds cute… but it’s not.

I’m still playing on one of those monitor style tvs from the 90’s and all the talk about lag on newer tvs has me slightly afraid to get a new one. :-/
I actually have a Sony Bravia that I got for free. It works great for watching stuff but you can’t play fighting games on it, so I am playing on an old like 15 inch CRT which now has an even smaller picture because of the lack of 4:3 options on PS3 GG… lol
Man, I was not used to the buttons on my qanba being so sensitive to the touch, at least in comparison to the PSX stick. I have a bad habit of drumming on the buttons, and I accidentally went into IK mode fucking twice. Holy shit.
I’m bad at the game, and it doesn’t even matter because holy shit is it fun. I hate how even lag in playable environments destroys me. Couldn’t even BDC Mappa at a good speed. Yet I can do my 1f links. Oh well.

Yep it was exactly that can’t believe i didn’t notice the big PLAYER ENEMY at the top so focused on the options it just blended into the background.
Booted up the game and didn’t realize it didn’t save my customized button config and I entered a ranked match. I thought I was going to lose for sure because I was discombobulated trying to figure out how to do my combos with my buttons all switched around. I still managed to win somehow. Go figure.
It is funny how i don’t remember shit of how to play with Chipp my main, but i still manage to do some stuff with Testament and Order Sol.
There was pic on DL, everything points that it would be +R from the very beginning.
