I’m starting to almost wonder if it comes out the Xbox in the EU. Some post I see mention that it will come out today worldwide, but other sites I’ve seen only mention North America.
Can’t see the game in the Xbox library or upcoming games either. And I can’t buy it from the Xbox marketplace on the Internet (only place it shows). It only says something like “Can’t buy this game from this region”.
Does it come out in the EU on Xbox today (or ever?), or do I really need to wait for the PSN version to release?
Im EU and ive got it. Make sure you go to arcade releases -> new releases.
Major thing thats bugging me already is the same thing that happened to SFxT: analog stick diagonals seem wonky. Sometimes it just doesn’t register if you do 236 too fast for example. Really annoying.

No. It doesn’t show for me. I can’t really say for sure why that is. Tried again to buy from the Xbox marketplace site. But I only get “This offer is not available in your area” (living in Norway).

I’m having fun with this so far, albeit with wildly different results online (some games run great! Others… feels like I’m playing underwater. Bah.). Love the sheer variety of things you can do with this roster, but very disappointed at how I’ve had the XBL version for like… not even eight hours and have already run into three guys who just pick Sol (And suck with him), then pick Ky Kiske and suck worse with his fireball-and-uppercut routine. Hope they enjoyed eating some Potemkin Busters.
It saddens me to see such a diverse set of characters, and some people just pick Ky and act like he’s a super-basic Ryu from two decades ago.
does it have the color edits, can we still have Thongtempkin
Online is good, but there’s still gonna be online warriors so it isn’t perfect.
The HUD looks like complete shit! And playing this game on a HD TV doesn’t seem like a good idea. The font looks like ass when displaying character names, yuck!
Overall, <3 this but they could’ve done better here on this port in terms of presentation.

I set my “lobby” to fast connections only, I still get 0s.
Yet when I use the filter system to only show fast connections, no one is on the list. When I turn that off, I see 3s and 4s.

First day of the port and you’ll get that for a while. There’s a TON of people buying this who’ve never played GG before and go for what’s familiar to get started. Give it some time or just play people you know.
Phreakazoid: Yeah, you’re probably right. I just went melodramatic over it due to just being able to call out one player’s actions like I had written a script for him, that’s all. It went something like this:
“Really predictable Sol… okay, I won… rematch… let’s see if he picks Ky Kiske.” Yup, he did.
“Bet he’ll do a lot of fireball-and-uppercut stuff.” He did!
“Alright, knocked him down, low health… wakeup super!” Right on cue.
“And even though the last one didn’t work, bet he’ll do another wakeup super this round.” Correct!
“Heh. Bet he ragequits right about… now.” And sure enough, he was gone.
So you’re probably right, I just felt disappointed since this guy seemed like he’d fail the Turing Test; it was akin to fighting a boss in Mega Man games, very predictable and pattern-based.
Not going to let one robotic player ruin my fun though. I enjoyed Guilty Gear back when I barely knew what I was doing in any fighting game at all, and I appreciate it much more now that I understand what’s really going on!
Online is not that great right now. You get half matches that are decent and othe other half that is pretty laggy in inputs.
I’m sure they will patch it. At least it’s not GGXXSharpReload online quality on XBOX1.
