there’s a lot of very interesting stuff in here. now i’m torn between dizzy and justice. i have used dizzy since GGX but always liked justice but was kinda sad by her status of never being in the arcade . . . until now anyway. 
I think most GG players are just excited at more GG content, evidence that Arcsys cares about the series and hope that all these will lead to a new GG game soon. While hardcore 3S players mostly have lost hope of Capcom ever producing a good fighting game again.

Hate to start a flame war, but holy fuck!! I remember when 3S came out people were like “URIEN’S REFLECTOR COLORS ARE NOT THE SAME LIKE ARCADE?!?!? SDKFJ;SKLFJ;KL, BOYCOTT!!” like seriously? And that’s just the tip of it all.
Fuckin’ GG, we had to put up with really shitty glitchty ports, and ASW was like, “Uhhhh… oops?” but we dealt with it.
Then the American version was awesome, and we all made love to each other. Ah, it was great!!!
Now this game has the dumbest balance changes I’ve seen in any fighting game, and for some reason I’m hyped as fuck. What’s wrong with me?!?!?!?
Raises hand to acknowledge the free-ness I heard that Chipp was sort of a low tier in GG, does any of his new changes make him more “viable” now?

You must have a bad memory. I remember people freaking out about it, saying “MY MAIN IS RUINED, THIS VERSION IS ASS.” I also remember I didn’t have the American version when it came out and, upon running a tournament, was told a couple people wouldn’t play with that version. They’d rather not play than play the Japanese version. Luckily, someone had the American version.
