Assassin fight to make full use of prohibited techniques to manipulate alter ego as a shadow. It was a leader of the Assassin organization once, but he died the erosion in the shadow that they are manipulating. Shadow (Eddie) is hijack the body of Zato, it had been assumed my … Then.
-Google translate of Zato’s story, and yes, Zato, not Eddie.
We also have an unknown new character in the 13th slot:
I’m going to laugh if it’s Bridget but he’s all crippled or something.
That was a Yellow Roman Cancel (YRC), which Arksys explained initially as being able to spend 25% tension to RC projectiles. I haven’t kept up-to-date with GG Xrd so I might be off in a few things since the first loke test. I’m more interested in it’s application after setting up one of those Dust traps then YRCing CSE into it. Also, the last vid had him doing some new move that I’m not familiar with. It kept whiffing so it might have been a command grab or something.
This is actually intentional and was mentioned by ArcSys. One of the reasons the 3d models seem so 2d is that they move in a manner very similar to 2d sprite art. They could probably do a few more but I bet the way they animate is essentially the same as sprite art with very distinct poses and no interpolation.
$40-50 for yearly balance patches/minor additions (which should be available as $10-15 DLC expansions) is pretty shitty yes. There is a reason the BB scene shrunk with every revision.
Scene might have shrunk where you are, but here it’s poppin’ whether online or at the arcade. Some seriously big numbers of people playing this game locally.
Google Translate is not particularly good at what it does. You’re better off getting people who know Japanese to translate it.
“An assassin that fought using forbidden techniques to manipulate his shadow like a doppelganger. Though he once led the Assassins’ Guild, the very darkness he tried to control eventually infected and killed him. It was apparantly then that the shade (Eddie) possessed his body.”
-Suzaku’s translation from Dustloop.
