I have a sneaking suspicion all of the new moves introduced in ^Core won’t be in Xrd. I mean, it doesn’t look like Sol has Sidewinder anymore which sucks. Those Sidewinder loops were hype.

A few hours ago it wasn’t.

People keep talking about Sidewinder when the video of Xrd clearly showed Sol doing a Dustloop. Siderwinder was implemented to replace Sol’s Dustloop in ^Core. Now that the Dustloop is back SW isn’t necessary.

However, I do agree with SW being hype.

SW was especially awesome if you got a perfect hit, because then you could really feel the impact of landing it. It felt good.

Sol has BOTH in +R. Granted the Dustloop is a shell of it’s former self from what I’ve seen. And it’s not just Sidewinder. Original Grandviper was an ignorable move. When they added the Clean Hit property to it, it was worth using despite it still being somewhat ignored.
