I think this is the most beautiful video game ever made, but that leads to a problem Ive been having…The game is TOO pretty and if youre watching clips from goldenrody and your internet sucks the game becomes unwatchable at 144p. Its okish at 240p but during the day on wireless at certain times Im just not going to be able to watch it. Hopefully when I move (hopefully I do move) Ill get better internet and even will be able to play online. Ugh, video games are becoming too advanced!

Maybe you could try not watching it on a max size player. 144p is one thing. 144p stretched up is a worse thing.
Also more recent footage too, since it’s easier to find higher quality videos now.

I just wanted to show what they look like at the worst possible resolution, Im kinda surprised others arent mentioning this problem as well. Im gonna buy the game and a ps3 for it.
Who gonna play and watch this game in 144P for it to even cross someone’s mind much less be a problem.
If your internet is going slow youtube automatically drops it down to 144p. Did you guys not know that?
@OrochiDemon most people who play games online have good internet. You generally only need 20meg speed if your the only device on the net. If you have more than one device then sure you’ll need more.
Of course 144p looks horrible, every game looks bad at 144p. It’s not really and issue tho you seem to want it to be an issue. I don’t know where you live but you must live out in the country some where if you can’t get 20meg’s.
I won’t even bother watching videos at 144p. I’d even forgotten that was a thing.
It looks like classic GG, except with 3D stuff that happens during supers. Definitely an upgrade in some regard, but really it just looks like GG(which is a good thing).
Actually, I guess it looks more like BB. Still, not a bad thing at all, imo.
You do realize that you can turn off the automatic resolution when watching YouTube videos, right?

Any news on whether the PS4 version will support PS3 arcade sticks? As I understand it, that’s something that game developers have the option of including.
“option of including” = “write inhouse ps3 controller drivers”. It’s not a push of a button, sadly, which is why you see so little of it.
So far, the only fighting game I know of coming to the PS4 that’ll support PS3 sticks is Skullgirls: Encore. That’s because Mike Z actually found someone who can write the drivers for them. That said, they do plan to release the driver for free once it’s done.

I have to say, I’m getting a strong Chris Redfield/Cable vibe from Elphelt’s moveset. Dunno if rifle’s hitbox is a bullet like Chris or a circle like Noel’s Optic Barrel. She could be very solid if it’s the former.
Sin’s just… ugh. He seems like you can just wait him out and punish when he stops to eat. The recovery when he is hungry is pretty bad. Pretty sure all his specials become horribly unsafe. He does seem to have enough range to have an advantage vs characters like Slayer, Pot, and Sol.
EDIT: We’re probably going to get one more character later on as post-release DLC. This guy:
Elphelt is going to have some nasty oki setups with that grenade, I see it already.
I also dont like how unpolished the character select art is for the two new characters, it almost looks like a placeholder icon.
