I picked this up again recently. I’m trying to get all the Slayer combos down; he seems to fit my style. And I’m pretty sure this game is coming to XBLA/PSN soon, so I got to be prepared. Right now, I’m working on timing with Roman Cancels; not really easy so far. But GG is a great game.
I’ll be popping in on XBLA on occasion. Enjoyed Reload and AC quite a bit, and looking forward to at the very least casually playing. Likely going to pick back up with Bakien (my main), Robo-ky and Jam.
Was S-rank on the Nurupodensetsu server for around a year, quite a long time ago. Would be quite tempted to get a 360, solely for AC+.

I love GG, used to play it a lot more back in like, 2007. It’s been a pretty dead franchise.
Hopefully more people will take notice when it comes out on 360 and PS3. I miss my Eddie and Potemkin. <3
Played Reload on PC briefly before I got the PS3 with the current fighting games. It was difficult, but very fun. I’m really happy that the Accent Core Plus is finally coming out on PSN. I’ve been getting into ArcSys games lately with Blazblue Extend and upcoming P4 Arena. Hopefully, they will make a new Guilty Gear game after the PSN/XBL release. Will be playing as Baiken again and pick up some other characters like Axl, Jam, Slayer and Milia.
After watching this, I have finally come to the realization that Guilty Gear X is a terrible game.
After months of playing GGXXAC, I picked up GGX again, tried to do FDC combos, said “lol” and went back to AC.
Is that why they added Psyche Burst from GGXX onward?
Yup I believe FRC and Burst were a result of GGX’s infinites.
I love Guilty Gear. I have been playing it for nine years. I have been reduced to playing versus the retarded CPU because my group eventually moved on to other games. But, I never gave up on my Guilty Gear even though the CPU became so easy to read. I am hype about Guilty Gear coming to PSN. How hype? I am going to be putting some yen on my Japanese PSN and stalking the Playstation Store in Japanese time, which is in the future kinda in American time, and as soon as I see it hit, I will be ready to purchase it.
Sure, I will probably get my ass kicked by the long time Japanese players who were waiting for their fix, but, I will honestly be way too happy to care. Actually, who knows… maybe since I didn’t get totally stale I will not be humiliated as bad. I can still get to gold characters in survival mode, and maniac mode is no problem. It is patterns, but, some people can’t exactly get that far versus a computer… I still admit, I am not the best Ky Kiske. Not even close. Human opponents are the key.
Whatever the case, I love Guilty Gear and BlazBlue both.
GG a very good yet freaky game that i love very much i would watch it if it ever became an anime faust, bridgit, jam are the 3 i mess around with so much you can do and creative chose of weapons, objects and body parts for fighting styles great story behind hit and the charaters 
It seems I pulled off getting the Japanese version (for PS3) as planned. The hype was too much for me! I had to get it as soon as it was available for PSN! When I first got on, it was searching for an opponent forever so I had to play solo a while. No lobbies is pretty blah, but I am so happy to fight human opponents!!
Any news when the PSN version is actually coming out? Cant seem to see it on the store yet

Can you just make a Japanese psn account and get it straight away?
^ you need a jp psn account, and then buy a jp psn card. You can just order the card digitally and get the info sent via email so you can just punch it in and go. I am waiting on the US version because I’ve had the game since the jp ps2 release, and i have plenty of opportunities to play irl, and my internet sucks, and I’ve heard some complaints about the online play, so i don’t expect to be doing much online play. Also boosting sales in your own region is always a good thing. If it were +r it would be a different story.
Anyway, great game. Support. Buy any way you can.
Ive seen on Maximillian’s videos that he mentioned that the online can be horrible… which sucks.
I can never get a good, non-laggy game of BB (then again… I should have perhaps have got an x-bawks instead of a PS3) and Persona 4 has been delayed in the UK/EU… nevermind, hopefully GG appears soon! Getting an Arcsys itch after not playing fighters for a while.

I started playing fighters when AE came out so I’ve never actually played GG but…It just looks too awesome, hehe.
GG is fun as hell. Played on ps2. Don’t know how much you care about arcade mode, but I-No is a cunt whore from hell
Very excited for this release, as I no longer own a PS2 unfortunately. As for NA/EU residents, there is no release date set in stone. Also unfortunate. I’m hoping we’ll see it on the store this Tuesday, otherwise I just might have to get myself a JPN card.
So far, my connection hasn’t been too bad, but that can change. I am in the US and have faced nearly all JP opponents. However a lot of things can be taken into consideration when thinking about how connections go.
Should I or should I not make a Japanese account? I already have like 15 euros in my account to buy this game or I could order top-up codes for 2000 Yen and buy the game straight away, but that would cost me like 30 Euros more.
God damn it, ASW! Why are you not punctional?! Why can’t you tell the exact European release date?
BTW, is it just me or does Brett’s Guilty Gear stream get more viewers than any of the UMVC3 stream on Eventhubs lately?
