Pot still feels pretty good to me, just gotta work on his gatlings.
Pot is very solid, he always has been, he has some match up issues but he’s rather forgiving unlike a couple of characters.
Ya I know, I’m not just now picking the game up, I’m just rusty.
At high level Pot gets kind of difficult to use since many characters can semi-infinite him with “simple” (for GG standards) jumping loops, but he also gets absolutely deadly after a good knockdown (meaty slidehead and giganter loops lol). Just remember his 2HS gatlings into 2D.
If I land a 2HS, I’m going for heat so I can go for mixups :P.
Been playing AC since 2008. Norcal scene used to be mediocre in terms of skill, but last year we leveled up a lot.
You should just go to Dustloop for info about the game, though. Myself and others are trying to get the new wiki up to speed as well as make new threads about techniques and strategies that previously weren’t touched upon. There’s been a lot of developments in GGAC since 08, so we have our work cut out for us.
I wasn’t around for the Slash days, but from what I can gather, a lot of old school players split due to the fiasco of switching to AC mid-Evo qualifiers. As such, many of the GG character subforums haven’t seen much activity since 2008. We’re doing what we can do change that, though.

I play!!! I’m an Axl fan myself, but plan to pick up Slayer and maybe A.B.A. when I have the time. The game very deep, and very technical. Just wish I had people to play with. Dustloop is an amazing site with more info than you’ll probably ever read. From the complete beginner to the seasoned veteran, there’s something everyone can learn form there. I’m in Santa Maria, CA if anyone wants to play!!! Have the AC+ for PS2 and Wii. Also looking for anyone in the area that plays fighting games in general. However I DO NOT play SF4 in any iteration. If you wanna run some 3rd Strike though, we can talk 
Off 2H your only (real) options are Heat, Heavenly, or FRC > air combo/air buster.

Dat new mahvel has nothing on gg. You have to actually be super awesome at mixing up and playing really smart and such here.
Nerfed Sol is still nerfed though.
