I wouldn’t buy it, the extra features don’t mean anything to me and it is even reported to have bugs the US GGAC release doesn’t. There are many other games (like Hokuto no Ken already mentioned) that I’m sure would do much better than releasing AC+.
Or even better, a GGAC release for one of the new gen consoles with netplay (with good netcode)!
If y’all release, I’ll definately cop. I was wondering would you guys get around to releasing AC+. HNK would be hotness, but too many people own the rights to different parts of the series.
it only has one bug, the missing gatling, of robo-ky 5p,5k, the other ones of zappa were merly a misinformation
This, still, with all the useless reprints of the sf games (10, 15, 20 anniversary, collectors, antology…), why not, i will buy ac+ if this hits usa on ps2, but it would much better if you release this game in psn with the ggpo, i really need a ggac online
I would buy AC+ if it came to wii. I know, insert wii joke/insult here.
Get rid of the incredibly dumb motion-controls gimmick the wii port had and cater it to the hardcore fans - limited release sort of thing. Do that ( and definitely ps2) and I can guarantee you I will be buying several copies (to give to my friends).
Also, I know nothing about what bugs are in plus, but if they are there, they need to be fixed pronto for the US release.
The only worthwhile release I see if it has online play. That will blow the roof off shit. I’m so serious. People still play GG Reload on Xbox Live Arcade.
no i wouldn’t buy it. for me there’s no point… i’m a tournament player, so incentives like “OMG-EX-Sol-has-a-new-move-that-looks-like-it-was-made-in-MUGEN” don’t matter to me. Custom colors would be nice, if only to make everyone stop complaining about not having the custom colors that they want.
good netplay would be the only reason i’d buy it again.
given that there are a lot of high-profile fighting games on the horizon, i think AC+ would be tossed by the wayside…
If it were to come out on PS2 at a Greatest Hits price, I’d definitely buy. But I also agree with the idea of offering it as a PSN download with online play, though I figure that would be asking quite a bit.
