Frame data for Guile can be found in the Google doc below:
Currently missing active frames and things like invincibility as it’s extremely difficult for me to get those numbers properly with frame counting.

Ah, nice. Gilley works fast.
He doesn’t have the recovery frames though…I’ll add the active frames to my sheet.
Does anyone know the frames for a v-skill’d lp sonic boom?
That would be Sonic Cross in my sheet. All versions have the same frame data, only difference is the speed they travel.
Ah okay thank you G, how about the frames on block? I see question marks except for the ex version being 21
The one with question marks is Gilley’s sheet, the one in the first post is mine. He has question marks because it’s near impossible to actually hit with Sonic Cross on the first possible frame without hitting the initial projectile first (it takes a few frames to start moving). I calculated it based on the total frames how much blockstun it causes, though it usually has better advantage since it hits later (my number is essentially the lowest advantage you can get).
Whoever made that spreadsheet is the sexiest man alive.
I wish though somebody would please tell me exactly how many frames it takes to charge for an SB and FK.
Thank you sir/madam, you are very helpful and sexy individual
One more thing, has anyone made a composite image of all of Guile’s AA options (having a lot of trouble doing AAs after SB). Someone once did a Sagat one for SF4 and I was thinking of doing one using this link - but wanted to make sure I’m not reinventing the wheel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HKJCSNYY4A&list=PLkqhU4f5Ydoxlp1gRny6NIAQ_g7NJdCXr&index=9
