Mmm Balrog is pretty simple minded and self-centered to really care about Bison, or show any emotion toward the planet. If any form of anger toward Bison is there, itās his demand for his money. Itās either nobody or Guile, I think.
Wouldnāt mind it, but iād prefer something a bit more different/interesting than that. If heās extremely similar to that version then Iām just going to assume they only bothered to include him because of Nashās involvement in the story.
Iām starting to think they might change a few of his normals, especially the ones that Nash has (backfist, fwd.mk). If he keeps some of his core moves from SF4 (horizontal sonic booms, fwd.mp overhead, air throw), heāll be extremely powerful in this game, so I think he will be neutered somewhat. All of the characters in SF5 with overheads and air throws look very strong to me (Vega/Chun/Nash).
Peter āCombofiendā Rosas here with a look at our new latest character, Guile, in Street Fighter V. Will the great American Soldier be on par with the rest of the cast? Letās find out
Guile has historically had his only two main iconic specials - the Sonic Boom, and the Flash Kick, both of which created a unique playstyle compared to other characters which utilized a lot more tools in their general gameplans
But in this game, weāre switching things up a bit for the flat-top headed family man, by removing his signature Flash Kick. We felt that players had a hard time getting in with Guile controlling the space on the ground and in the air, which made him a little too strong.
In an another attempt to counter this, the recovery of his Sonic Booms across all 4 versions has been increased slightly, now Guile players will have to be more careful with throwing these out
This is Combofiend, singing off "
Wow they might as well just take guile out of the game if they wanna rape him more so theres no spacing involved which guile was made for. If all u have is get ur face characters then u might as well take guile out of sf5. As it was bad enough in sf4 fireballs didnt push oppenents back when blocking so zoning didnt seem to exist like sf2. Sounds like to me combofied wanted to able to rush dat shit down with out problem like cvs2 and not have to deal with spacing character like guile so rape him thanks for shafting guile
Whatever they do, I hope they do him justice. I mean really?! a Legacy Fighter now a DLC fighter? I call BS Capcom!. The struggle is real for us charge players!
Iām not a Guile player, but heād better stay a charge character. This total revamping of Nash and Vega is weird, hope that Capcom respects the way Guile is supposed to play.
guile and the flash kick (cpu didnāt need to charge) was the source of my pain in the early 90s. i almost threw my snes controller many times. and even let a curse word slip out in front of parents.
