Glad Guile is a charge character. If his normals are like they are in SFIV, then he may be viable for once. I think Guiles footsies will be overall better since there are no more focus attacks. I’ve been in a character crisis with SFV. But I guess I’ve been trying to make things work out with a turtle Ken (oxymoron I know).

sounds like boxer and urien will be hybrid characters this time around . boxer will probably get a command throw similar to his ultra 2 in sf4.

I wholeheartedly expect Guile to have more Crush Counters than Necalli.
-CC st.HP combos into sweep, cr.MK, cr.MP, and Flash Kick at proper ranges
-CC b.HK avoids lows
-CC f.HP is like Nash’s, but with an even better hitbox/recovery
-CC cr.HP juggles into Flash Kick, even on airborne opponents
-CC df.HK is an anti-air similar to Ryu’s st.HK, but allows for juggles

I’m very happy Guile is gonna be a charge character. A nice Ying and yang mixture with Charlie. Charlie is my main in SFA3. I’m not feeling him in SFV.

Alex is a lot more interesting being “honky E Honda” than what will be inevitable be SFxT’s King + Marduk.

But will his sonic boom be 50 frame charge?
