My first try coloring some linework. I think the original picture is some kind of official art, I don’t know, found it on google.

Well, I’m no Photoshop 'wiz but…Try a little bit more “flatness” in the coloring area- a sort of realistic shading style in cartoons can make 'em downright creepy. Also, remember that this is a chibi version of Guile, so the coloring scheme should have a sort of cartoon/anime vibe. Reference Pocket Fighter (Super Gem Fighter Minimix) on Google images to get some ideas.
