yea i was thinking bout using the white rims on the otherwise useless SE Stick buttons. i’ve got some grey and red buttons, grey/white and /red/white combo might look hot

well do you mean use the white rims from the stock SE buttons and then like sanwa in the inside?

yup, SE stock button rims with Sanwa button inside…i dont think it should affect the performance but i wish someone that’s tried it before would chime in

On a side note, can anyone think of a good way to pad the button to stop that horrible click clacking when the plastic hits ? I know where to pad, but i can’t think of any suitable material that won’t get sticky over time.

wowz. are those stock white rims though? or are they all sanwa buttons + rims?

i dont have any white sanwas…thats why haha (looks nice though!)

yah, they are all sanwas…though I planned on plugging them…but the plunger swap, made me leave em in there

white rims look sweet. i’m thinking white/grey will look really futuristic.

but damn, no one’s tried swapping stock rim’s and putting them on sanwa plungers? i really don’t think it should matter, all the rim does it hold it in place and if it holds it in place the button should work fine.

I dont think they would sit flush … underneath the plunger (theres a switch) the switch on the stock SE buttons is a little circle, while the Sanwas is a slit … because I was playing with the stock buttons and swapping the blacks/whites before i tried it on my sanwas…I noticed the “switch” button think right away…but then I could be wrong lol

Since I’m waiting for my buttons, could anyone tell me if I can do this with screw-in Sanwas (OBSN-30s)? Are the steps the same, or would they be different?

Is vermillion more of a orange red or bright blood red?? Would seimitsu PS-14 buttons work with stock TE sanwa rims??
