The access who worked in mission impossible 4 would have been a great fit cause she’s thick and could easily pull off the assassin character.
Zoe would be more appropriate for a kitty pryde type character.

As for the Gamora role: Build wise, it’s Paula obviously. However Zoe has made a career of the attitude that Gamora needs to project. I wouldn’t be surprised if pencil thin Zoe, is made to look a bit more buff w/ some movie magic.
Possibly but I worry that this will be a repeat of her former action movies that just looked laughably silly cause of how thin she is. I guess reading the current run of guardians of the galaxy has kind of ruined this role for Zoe considering how gamora is drawn.
