I know dan houser is the lead but now i want to know who is assisting the story… Vice City and San Andreas had help from people that literally knew the history and area (ie dj pooh assisted with the san andreas replicating the atmosphere, story, gangs, even the music selection which i consider the best over the whole GTA series)

Back to San Andreas I see. In modern times eh? The main character is like a Niko Bellic of sorts, wanting to live the clean life but got caught up in the underworld. Wonder if any GTA:SA characters will return though from what I understand the GTAIV universe is seperate from the GTA III -> SA universe.

Look at the scene towards the end the car fleeing from the cops, makes a sharp left turn, is still able to take it perfectly despite clipping a car. In GTA4 doing this would either cause massive over steer or your jelly suspension would cause the car to turn into a pinball.

the physics from LA Noire… im calling it now. I enjoyed the physics of the damn game more than the story an everything else that was going on. I literally knew rockstar had something up their sleeve…
I think he means the game was rendered on PC in order to have the highest quality footage for the trailer.
I’m excited. To revisit San Andreas and have the layout be mostly the same will be really cool. At the same time I’m a little disappointed. It’s GTAV, a new roman numeral. They didn’t immediately jump to IV before doing Vice City or San Andreas. I had assumed it was because it was still on the same engine. So I expected something bigger. Engine the same, art direction the same. Maybe they’ll add in LA Noir stuff like Koop is suggesting. Oh well.
I hope they bring back bicycles! I want to jump around on those things.
