idk why but I got so hype when Amerie came on the radio. I was in the middle of a 3 star high speed chase so that made it even better.
I hope they have some kind of updated fighting like in SA. I keep wanting to run and jump kick people, but I just face plant like an asshole. Seriously, no one brought up in testing how dumb it is to have a button that kills your jump? lol whatever, I just pretend I’m doing a flying head butt.
I think they did that because it games like this its always funny to hurt yourself somehow. so why not add a function to make it easier?

I like how the game rewards you for being a nice guy. This dude had his bike stolen so I got it back for him. He ended up emailing me way later saying he was rich and that he was sending me $100,000 worth of stock in his company cause he was so thankful. Once I bought the stock and sold it… cashed out on them hos.

I’m never playing Lost and Damned ever again. Punk ass bitches got wiped out by ONE dude. Johnny let Trevor fuck his bitch (just like Billy fucked Ashley). Fuck that.
Also after 10 or so Taxi jobs, this one bitch tried to run away after saying “thanks for the free ride.” I didn’t kill her, just stuck her up and got my $300. Really, the game makes it easy to get money just by pointing a gun, don’t even need to kill people anymore. You can stick somebody right as they’re leaving an ATM, for example.
R* fucked up by having iFruit not available for Android/Windows Phone on first day, cause the app is the only way to train Chop and make him happy from what I gather.
Potential gripe/concern about the story.
[details=Spoiler]Im enjoying playing through this, but im not sure where they are going with it. I know Franklin is just trying to make stacks and get out of the hood. Michael is having a mid-life crisis and getting taken advantage of by the FIB, and Trevor is just being Trevor i guess. Maybe trying to get that third guy from the prologue free***. Is it gonna be something like where Michael is the real main character, and until a certain tipping point Franklin and Trevor are going about their lives, and you get to play as them as a bonus?

There were rumors going for months that one of the three guys will become an antagonist somewhere down the line. I can see Franklin doing that after getting too much money and developing an ego, or even Michael after finally snapping cause of his family. Trevor is already right there on the edge.

I like that they change clothes often. It gets rid of that weird anime syndrome where motherfuckers where the same clothes non stop for years at a time.
Fuck people. Trying to mess up perfection with their quirky wants. I read people wanted R* to patch the car handling so that its like IV. From my experience, I enjoy driving in V a lot more.
Only thing I would’ve changed would be to edit the preset outfits. That way you can have up to 5 or more user-chosen sets that are randomly worn, and the weirdos get to keep their one set of clothes.
Why would anyone want the car handling from IV?
That shit was garbagestic especially because there was a lag between what you inputed with the control and when it happened in the game, smh
Finally got to Trevor and reunited him with Michael
[spoiler=]I was honestly shock with how kind Trevor was around Michael’s family. I wanted him to be abuse to them like he is with everyone else but he treats them better than Michael. It was some twilight zone shit.[/spoiler]
One thing about the GTA games that drives me fucking nuts that they NEVER seem to change: adding the option to invert left/right camera movement. Only up/down can be inverted. Shit really fucks with me, because every other game I play is inverted.
Trevor had an eventful day.
First he drove up to a convenience store. There were two guys outside drinking beer, and he demanded some beer. They said no and he grabbed one guy by the throat. The other one pulled out an AK, and he punched him in the face and took it from him. Trevor then killed an entire towns worth of Rednecks.
Later on, he walked into rocker club and beat the shit out of a member of Love Fist, until one of his gold teeth came out. Trevor picked it up, and stole his limo to run from the cops. Afterwards, he called the elderly couple who hired him, and told them that he had a celebrity memento for them.
He also snuck into peoples back yards and karate chopped them in the neck for about an hour, just because it was funny.
Love Fist exists in this continuity? I need to do that mission.
You can get a LoveFist tank top as Trevor and the girl getting arrested on the loading screen has a shirt. R* keeps saying 3D and HD aren’t connected but they are teasing so hard.
Just beat the main storyline. Took about 25 hours or so. Really enjoyed it. Will be putting a lot more time into my own self-crafted mayhem and GTA Online when it comes out.
Only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth:
