I’ve decided to frame 8-10 comic books and put them on my wall.
I’ve got a few in mind but I’m looking for suggestions. I’m not rich at all so I’m mostly looking for comics that are still available as I’m going for looks rather than rarity.
Interesting. Is there a genre you are looking for? Marvel, DC, independents, anything?
And do you have to have the actual comic? Because if you get a color printer or have access to one (any local copy center like Kinkos will be able to help you with this) you can probably print a cover out to the size you want. At the very least it will increase the number of options you have.
I was thinking of actual comic books because there isn’t much options in terms of copy centers around here.
As far as genre goes, I have no preferences. I already have a few decided; I want a supergirl, a green lantern corps, and a Batman one but the rest would be preferable outside of the DC universe.
Amordien suggested 100 Bullets which has really nice cover art so that’s definately an option.
I see. Kind of old but Amazing Spider-Man #250 is one of my favorite covers of all time. What Hobgoblin says in the corner still cracks me up. It’s the first image.
For recent stuff that you should have next to little or no trouble finding, some of us did list our favorite covers in 2009 in the thread below with links / attachments that you can check out.
