Yep. It is actually easier to do since other command grabs have faster startups.

I think it has great applications against grappliers after landing EXGH.

In LP SPD form, it has somewhat limited use against Abel’s Ultra 2.

So, it is a good option in scenarios where they can grab you, but you can’t grab them. Eg. +1 on EXGH or Abel’s U2

In Ultra SF4, with LPGH being -2 on hit, you would have to examine this as a viable option against 1 frame grabs.

Heck, it would even be viable against normal grabs. Timed to jump cancel for 2 frames, so they whiff.
