You do have a point on that. Maybe I didn’t look into his character well enough, and he really didn’t want to teach that girl Aikido, and his cousin was rather bothersome, so I do agree with you on that. Now thinking about it, I may have just found him boring.

Only other I can think of would be Ubel Blatt (series was no good to me), and Itokoi Chidori (which is questionably hentai since the passed a law specifically because of it and one other series).

My favorite fight would probably be the Wudang vs. Emei fight in Chapter 19. Either that, or the series of Wudang headmaster curbstomp battles when he took over that one fighting style.
