Also no scans of the chapter up yet for obvious reasons, though I have found a summary and Yuujirou/Baki basically play Jan-Ken-Pon to decide who washes dishes(with Yuujirou adding a nice twist to it)
Hi, itās been long since I last posted something here, I just mostly troll around⦠Can someone tell me to which volume of baki son of ogre does the 246 belongs? Last time I read something from this series it was on volume 14 and it was some fights with pickles but i donāt remember which oneā¦
I miss the hell out of 9 arts dragon. This series, or arc, or whatever it is, is kinda weird. In part 1 we got introduced to and followed the absolute strongest character in the world, so having this step back and having all these new characters introduced and being shown as hot shit is pretty interesting. Hell, since none of the old characters are around, and since all of his martial arts are gone, that makes things even weirder. It really is like a reboot, or maybe a new game+?
Anyone reading BB project? Art is pretty good, but the translation seems spotty enough to make it bad. Weird that a frenchman is the main character, and weird that it is read left to right.
Also read some other fighting manga, but I canāt remember what.
Iām liking this Toriko arc, but I think my favorite so far was the ice hell one.
Gamaran is shitty. Shitty, shitty, shitty, shitty. But I still read it all the time.
And we are FINALLY getting somewhere in Kenichi. Just realized that weāve been shown all the fists and disciples (even for the shadow)ā
Mask Guy - arab guy
Indian Dude - muscular dude
Big tits old lady - loli
God Hand - shou
Ogata - like a million guys
Wrestler - slutty wrestler
Alexander - russian guy
Appachiās Rival - one dude that killed kenichi
Chineseās masterās bro - hermit
Iām happy that the two strongest are the old lady and the mask dude. Canāt wait for Berserkerās reappearance.
I have been reading BB Project. I favor Hanza Sky over it. Iām waiting to see what makes Fist of Legend so great. The first couple chapters didnāt do a damn thing. Good thing Holyland is back. Itās the only martial arts manga that has a plot I give a damn about aside from The Breaker NW.
Hanza Sky isnāt really about fighting, is it? I tried following it, but fighting seems to be part of what the guy does, though it doesnāt seem like what the series is about. Maybe I gave up too early on it. Fist of Legend⦠yeah, you let me know how that goes. I dropped out, and I dropped out early.
Kinda getting burned out in Holyland. If Yuu would find a fucking purpose or ideaology or ANYTHING instead of still whining about what it means to have friends where he belongs, etc, etc. But that is just one complaint, when I still read and enjoy the series.
no new soo chapter yet, but more mention in the retsu special of the beginning of Baki vs Yuujirou series, starting on the 28th, it seems Itagaki stalled out enough and is ready to get this show on the road
@Stabby: </3 Veritas, agree with you on the breaker, another thing Iām tired of us Shioon still getting his ass whipped, hopefully they figure out a way for him to use the massive ki his body has. If only Shioon wasnāt a complete loser goodie twoshoes, I really wanted to see what the Doc had planned
I kinda sorta almost donāt want him to win any fights. He is ok, I guess, but he is completely outclassed by people that have been doing martial arts for years, and he started what, a few months ago? I guess he can be called a genius or whatever, but so can most of the folks that he is hanging around. Iām REALLY looking forward to seeing what the girl (the old head of the clan) can do now.
That is another reason why I like Kenichi so much. He hasnāt been training his whole life, but I feel that he wins his fights since if he isnāt at school or in the middle of a fight, he is training in one way or another.
Also, some very interesting developments in the breaker over the past few chapters, Iām curious whoās really leading S.U.C. considering some of their membersā¦
