Just finished reading the first vol. of Meguru and it was great. The fights were pretty cool too.
Silly question, but could someone post YT vids of Shooto exhibitions/matches?
thx a lot for this hook up but man LOL after seeing that horrible cover and artwork I remember why I hate the animated series . I have seen some clips of the baki OVA and they seriously have no excuse to have made the animated series in such a shitty quality
Fuck the cover art. You watch whatās on the discs, not fap to the boxart. Iāve watched (and downloaded in flv format) some 12 eps of GB online, and have been dying to own the entire series. THANK YOU! Previously, that was all I had in addition to a dual-audio dvd rip of the Ova. I snatched this deal up. Nowā¦all i need is a similar deal for the Maximum Tournament arcā¦waitā¦the original anime series ran 24 eps, and the MT series did the same. Never mind, this set contains Maximum Tournament. Again, thank you!
That sucksā¦cuz it seems everybody who had current scans of the Pickle arc for some reason decided to pull them all the way to the issue where Baki first challenges Pickle, after he takes off Katsumiās arm. Whatās up with that? Some scanlator get pissed off and order his stuff to be removed? But at least i found 2 new chapters of Tough, thanks to you.
The group that does Baki charges for access to their scans, and sometimes release the old one. If a new group starts trying to scan Baki, they publicly release the chapters they have to make the new groupās redundant. If someone in the group posts the private scans, then they kick that person out-- which is what happened with BEWD when he shared his shit with us.
Guy that leads the group is a shithead, so if something goes weird with Baki releases, just blame ichigo reichan.
Hey im new here and am not looking to get flamed, but im aware that Hanma Baki: Son of Ogre is available for online reading to a certain point. However i am looking to download the volumes rather than read them online. Iāve searched high and low and cannot find any besides the WFP torrents. I apologize ahead if asking for links is not allowed
raw paradise has 192 up. just some dialogue, and baki imagination training against yujiro at the end. off topic, i have no idea what goes on in tenjou tenge anymore. its so confusing, even with translations.
My Baki dvd set came today: 7 discs. 1,200 minutes of Baki goodness. Now Iāve got some good shit to watch while I lift weights.
Edit: dammit, it only has that ultra-shitty Dir En Gray intro song for both seasons instead of Ai Believe for season 1 and All Alone for season 2.
Hey guysā¦didnāt Kureha fight his brother in one ep, and have to re-attach his own retinal nerves? I always wanted to see that oneā¦so Iāve got some scanning to do.
^Yes he does, it was a little bit before Yuujirou decided to Zodd everyone
Jimmy: http://boredanime.wordpress.com/ - Get some coffee, youāll be there a while, guy decided to take it upon himself to dissect and analyze all the weird shit going on in tenten, as youāre not the only one confused
Cotter: Sorry, canāt help you there, I donāt think thereās any active links for downloading volumes anymore, as the only groups competing with the WFP have all become inactive and such, and no one else seems to care to pick it up, or even translate anymore, so meh.
The bands didnāt allow their songs to be used in the american version. The fact they actually spent the money on a song from a popular group to replace them is more than anyone could ask. They couldāve pulled a Manga Entertainment and recorded some shitty song in five minutes.
Or paid for a song that was actually GOOD. shrug This shit really makes no sense to me. The group that did Ai Believe is called āProject Bakiā. Their shit should have been a dead-lock in on any episode in season one. WTF have they been doing in the mean time, or are they a one-hit wonder, only affiliated with Grappler Baki? You would think they would want other people to hear their stuff, and maybe get some interest in them. Or are they pulling a Tom Cruise (trying to make the world forget he was in Legend, which kicked ass), and operating under a different name, hoping nobody traces them back to Grappler Baki?
Yeahā¦because some idiot yelling off-subject, just plain dumb lyrics incoherently into a mic is WAY better than women singing in harmony with a song that fits the atmosphere of a fighting tournament, and is actually talking about the underground tournament (now we go where shadow and light meet) itself and a fighterās ambition. Sure.
