Yeah I know a lot of the people aren’t liking the twist with Bald Ryu and the fight’s direction. The fight is crucial though, and will probably “complete” Shioon so to speak.

If they opt the other way and have his center shattered again than the manwha’s pretty much done.
One Punch Man is bad? I always thought it was so bad that it was good.

But One Punch Man does it on purpose. Like the most recent chapter is just this one robot flying and then landing. Trolled on purpose. But when NW does it, it’s shitty writing. So it’s ALMOST as bad.
I think the series suffered greatly in the switch to the weekly format. Snail slow storyline pacing, ridiculous overuse of cliffhangers, artistic continuity blunders(Cool Guy’s gauntlet magically switching mid fight, Un-Wol’s hair being in a pony tail in Ryuji’s flashback when he actually had a short hair cut at that time) and so on. I wouldn’t be angry at all if after NW they switched back to monthly or at least biweekly.
Was talking about this over at mangafox and it seems there’s an even bigger problem with NW.
You guys know how in The Breaker, the whole thing with the MAA Chief was that he wanted the Black Heaven Technique, which was said to be the most coveted technique(and the ultimate ki distribution technique) in the Murim. It was the whole reason Un-Wol’s life was spared after the BOT incident, and ultimately protecting it and 9AD was why Un-Wol sacrificed his life(saying there was only one person in the world who knows the BHT now).
Now with this whole Dokhengrang incident, the Chief’s entire motivations have changed. Now he doesn’t care about BHT, and only wants the text relating to BOT. Wtf? Dokhengrang brought the Chief the texts on the BHT and the Chief threw them to the ground(when in TB he was willing to kill people for it). That completely contradicts the entire backstory of The Breaker and many events within The Breaker series, not to mention that no where in the series was Un-Wol having another disciple ever mentioned(and he specifically stated there’d only be one person in the world that knows BHT, yet apparently Ryuji knows it as well as the entire school of martial arts, and for the Chief to not give a damn about it would imply he knew it too now, again, wtf)?
argh, I hate few things more in a story than inconsistency -.-
One Punch is following the original story’s format, which means super decompression. It makes me grit my teeth, but the arc after this one is more than reaction shots/slow motion meteors.
