I have a general issue with their communication, more specifically the lack of communication from XSeed and Marvelous about the various versions of this game coming out. They could have literally came out and said that a PC version is going to be released at a later date, but they decided to announce this version less than a week before the NA version comes out. Luckily, I was able to drop my PS4 preorder without any fees for a Steam Card for the cost of my preorder ($87 approximately).

Yeah i’m pretty tight, I dropped 60 on the singapore version and another 40 bucks on a ps+ card, when I would have just waited a month and bought pc version, which i’ll probably still do anyways. So i’m basically out 100 bucks.
You’ve been having fun the whole time though. Hard to calll it a waste.
Im already iffy on the rollback netcode facet of this. Now Im pretty sure my PS+ is ending. Dropping 100 for bad netcode is the blowup.
How is the netcode for GBVS, despite being delay-based?
How does it compare to GG Rev2?
Since it’s coming out on the 13th on PC, I’m just tempted at this point to spend the preorder money I have on Steam on other games on the service, since I’ll get money from my client before then.

Watching Jiyuna’s stream. Now I learned to never block Lancelot’s EX air fireball in the air. Also for the people who have it, how do you like it so far? is it holding up in the fun factor?
i don’t know of any safe dps, there are some safe supers though
and I love the game. Just played a long set online vs. gcyoshi(he’s probably the best player i’ve played) and it was super close and tense and I had to learn a lot about lowain on the fly because NO ONE plays that character.

Just ran through training for a few mins (didn’t have much time to really dig in)…
I knew there was a cooldown on using the Skill button to do specials, but didn’t realize there was for motion-input EX specials as well (ie, QCF+circle) - at least I think they’re EX moves. I didn’t see them using any kind of meter but they seemed stronger…
Perhaps there is no meter and the only drawback to using them is the timer?

The way the cool down work is based on how you used the move.
Quickest recovery - doing the motion.
Moderate recovery- using the shortcut.
Longest recovery - using the ex version of the move.

So far as I know the only thing you actually burn meter on is the super move equivalents in this game. One of the reasons you see at least one every round; nothing else to spend it on. Pertho hit on the real cost of EX moves.
