yea the tele-bait with u2 can be a problem< yet with most gf or dk set ups getting the moves off asap is key.

Bull cat is so beast… He got me into using Gouken.
Would you call it hit confirming if he whiffs a dive kick, lands on other side and does cl. fp xx ex palm even though the opponent somehow didn’t block that?
What I’m saying is, that should have been blocked, yet surprisingly it wasn’t, Bullcat doesn’t know if SLIDE GD was blocking or not until the FP clearly hit, so how does he know it’s good to ex palm right after?
more Bullcat, less chit-chat
it’s a cross-up, look at his inputs, when he does the HK one it crosses up, when he does the MK one it doesn’t…it’s not exactly a hit confirm, just a trick like many other characters have
A SSFIV weekend competition for amateur in Japan.
A guy nick as Gelten using Gouken, not too shabby…

grand finals: switches to gouken at 5:30
haha thats crazy i went to a tournament in ohio where seasons beatings is and he was there i played his gouken and he is really good really offensive when i played him…and he played wolfkrone and i talked to wolfkrone after that and he said jug was frame trappin the shit outta him he didnt know what to do haha
jug is really good.
It is kinda surprising that he did way better with Gouken then with Guy.
in a way.
he’s a beast with guy, but he only played guy against arturo, who is a beast.
The commentary trips me out. “All you have to do is press up-back to get out of Gouken Flip”. And the rest of his issues will be addressed!! It’s a great day!!!
So here is another match of mine.
It is a fight against a good player. I often do sparrings with him, because hes really good.

3rd round was almost like a combo video, but you don’t handle pressure well in the corner.
I suggest looking into c.mk as close anti-air to help you get out of non-cross up but close to corner situation. I suggest not too worry about taking some risk. Also, try pressure them more once you have them knocked down. You tend to leave them alone a lot. Those are just what I can tell that I would do to improve my game.
You need to anti-air better. Use cr.hp as your main AA. Don’t anti-air kongo unless you have to, like if you’re recovering from a fireball or on wakeup. But then if you have to don’t be afraid to do it. If you use it like that it’s almost foolproof.
Also you should use cr.mp xx hadouken to push people out if you’re going to do a defensive poke. That or a sweep.
Don’t wakeup EX Demon Flip unless you think they’re going to DP FADC. It’s so punishable in Super that it’s just not worth it.
Thanks for you help guys. Iam still working on my gouken. Those sparring fights against Beld Dragon for an example are really good to test out things.

Rulez…
Don’t listen to crap like this. I mean I’m sure it has its value. Sorry no offense intended. but uh @ shin sho. We are learning and teaching together,…there is way better hands on experience and advice available. Its always improving always changing. I mean in the sense that you got a room of Gmen one or thre or four non-goukens we each fight and help strategize w each other. You should bring a guest its a lot of fun. And educational. We constructively and actively help eachother
