i found this vid of gouken (his intro vid) and it seems pretty cool. he can charge the hadouken and he has this throw (maybe a command throw?) but it launches the opponent in the air. he looks pretty fucking awesome.

edit: When Gouken counters a attack, he takes a little damage. Like he would while FA. not sure if I mentioned that or if it was mentioned?
