Now that you mention it, I think you are more correct than I am, since one of the things that happen a lot to me is getting hit after I dash and c.lp after a blocked LV1 FA. We are supposed to be 0 but I get hit with other characters 3fr jabs more than I hit them, so I’m way out of timing.
Yes sir. After you cl.st.mp>st.mp. can follow up with cr.lk, mp, and cr.mp though character specific. And I have only done cl.hk>sweep on 3/4ths the cast but Rose, Fei and Chun it works on so far. All 4 of those links are one framers technically. But someone somewhere else was talking about far mp hitting on later active frames and giving you longer window than a one link. Because on certain chars the cl.st.mp>st.mp.>cr.mp feels way easier than a one link.
Revisiting this, instead of cl.st.hk, I bet cr.mk, also 4 frames, would work much better. You lean back and it seems to duck grabs. You could do the cr.tech + mk and cancel into palm or whatever. Give it a shot!

The collision in this game is horrible overall moves passing through characters. I’m not even talking about Gouken specifically. I don’t think we can determine what Gouken needs until all the hit/hurt boxes are fixed.
I really like all of the changes and think it’s greedy to be thinking about more right now. It would be great if Capcom just worked on the game itself. Like you said, some of this shit is horrendous. Now, Blanka’s hidden buff (his wack hurtbox) has been passed on to others…
What I really hate is how the char’s hitboxes move as the sprite is moving during their standing animation. Most chars have their hitboxes change during their idle animation. And I am beginning to wonder if the moving hitboxes is the reason why a certain combo will work sometimes and not. Basically fuck Elena.

For PS3 it must just randomly freeze, slow down, speed up, kick you out of the training room, or just freeze the whole console at any given moment. For, you know, training purposes.
