Alright guys, I got the OK from Jason to go ahead and make the venue announcement for MWC. We secured the “Man of Fashion” area, where we have run past SBO quals, MWC, and Milln’s events. There is plenty of space and it’s right near the food court and arcade. Very excited we were able to secure something right in the mall so people will be able to visit the arcade if they want!

I absolutely understand that. Life has to come first. I just hate that he won’t really get any practice before FR. It sucks to put out $500 for a weekend for the possibility that he won’t even do well, but the truth is we don’t do this expecting him to win. I take him to tournaments because he loves to play and see his friends in the gaming community and that is okay with me. His goal is at least top 32.You never know with Josh though he never ceases to amaze me.

When a friend of mine drove me to one of Milln’s first tournaments, he brought his PS3 pad in case I needed it. We left it by a tv (it was in the storage room, not the arcade) and walked out for a minute or two. Came back, and it was gone. Some dude had thrown it in his bag in that small amount of time. My friend knew it was his pad too because it had some sort of sticker on the back of it. Never saw that guy again at any other tournaments either.
