this is tough…but uhm…in this summer, I’m gonna take my talents to Nashville, and join the game galaxy fighting scene…I’m like 98% sure I’m getting ghost out of the M as soon as I can…just gonna try to stay focused and not fuck my grades up for the rest of the year and stack some bread.
I had an enjoyable time at the tournament…go figure though, I’ve been off on Saturdays for like the past 2 months to the point I dint have to even think about it…this past Saturday…they’d scheduled me to work…I was a no call no show…I took the write up, but I’m a overall good cookie at work so they didnt spazz out too hard…no fucks were given tho, cause I’d pick goin to the tournament 10 times outta 10.
it was nice running so many casuals over in the corner, it made me realize I’ve improved, but I still have alot I want to add to my game and I need to stop droppin shyt… i’m gonna make a better effort to keep it going and get my ass to Fite Nite more i swear, if nothing else, I feel I’m gonna have the Sagat/Juri matchup burned into my head at the rate I’m runnin sets with Ant…hearing Elevated Micheal complain about how ‘dry’ SF is tho kinda made me realize that yea…its a lame ass game, i need to think fast but play slow…do more waiting I’ve been paying attention to how much “sitting” people do in this game…i think my footsies are coming around…but enough w the self analysis. i had fun…now time to get my ass up and go to class…
Guess I’ll pay my respects too. Good belated games to all I played. Thanks for the tips and practice. Had a ball and a half.

Don’t get me wrong, I respect both games. I just don’t play them. KoF came out right before SC5, so I didn’t want to only play it for a month. I would’ve stuck with SF4 if the characters I used were decent at the time (Hakan, T.Hawk, and Gouken).
Maxima is awesome. Best character by far in kof.

Just do what I do, try to play everything at once, suck at all of them at the same time, and then not go to any tournaments!
Chris will talk about the Final Round prep thing but it’s “whoever is going to Final Round that wants to play people on PS3” or just wanting to play good players next Weds gathering (not replacing normal Fight Night) from 6pm-11pm at Game Galaxy next Weds (or 10pm if 11pm is too late)…
Expect an announcement of location for MWC in Nashville by the end of the month (either Hickory Hollow Mall or an old favorite, lol)

Ok guys, next week we’ll have our standard Tuesday Night Fight Night, but in addition we’ll have a “Final Round Preparation” Fight Night on Wednesday at Game Galaxy. We’ll be able to keep the arcade open as late as 11 pm. All setups will be PS3 to get accustomed to the timing differences.
We may also run mini tournaments for additional practice.
The only fee will be a $3 cover (Jason - confirm I understood this correctly).
I’m going to tweet and facebook all of this info when I get home tonight, but spread the word. Get as many as possible to come out as it will be the last chance to get high level comp in TN before Final Round!
