Jigglynorris, the EVO north aka MWC tournament is in Northbrook. The tournament on the 23rd is at Roosevelt University (but not sure if HDR will be ran as a side tournament) and the tournament on the 30th in Chicago near the corner of Clark and Diversey.

I just played snake eyez today. He was actually using cammy and he ripped up my cammy 2 rounds. Had to bring out akuma and beat him without any mercy lol. He’s a real good Cammy player. Each time my air fireball hit him it would lag like crazy then in a second before I can do a move he’ll do the flying Cammy kick lol. It was total BS at times but he’s good.
Man, I faced the most turtle Guiles ever today (Jiggly knows what I’m talking about, he left before it got too ugly). Anyway, the result is that I’m gonna use Dhalsim as my backup against high-tier characters now. I absolutely love Cammy and am always going to use her, but her weaknesses mean I may lose even when I play good.

Haha, Legionarius. This guy is one of worst sore losers I’ve played.
I played him a few times before time, he’s rage quitted on me many times in player and in a couple ranked matches. So I finally end up against him one last time in a ranked match. I see it’s him, so I quit BEFORE the match even begins (I’m definitely NOT A quitter EVER but what’s the point of even trying against this guy who is going to quit right before he loses?). So he messages me “i got u on camera rage quitter” Hahaha! I thought that was funny. It got me laughing for a couple minutes.
He also accuses/complains about my Fei Long being a turtler. haha, I guess that’s a compliment. One time I responded “sorry for knowing how to block” and that really pissed him off. =)

It’s true, I played with you the other day. You killed my Fei with your Ken, Dee Jay AND FEI. X___X Your defense was very strong, always with perfectly timed reversals and anti-airs. So was your offense, I rarely had a chance to even pressure you because I was constantly guessing what you were going to do next. haha. You were even in the room 30-0. I don’t think there weren’t any top players besides you, but very impressive none the less.
westcyde is one of the good players I’ve come accross, probably one of the best. too.

I’ve play a LOT of good players on here, but I’m playing TO13GO13 right now and I think he may be the best Guile I’ve ever played on here. No offense Brian, Wolf, and Fifth :wgrin:
I guess that makes me awesome for beating his Guile with my Hawk.
Man, Dhalsim is NOT the alt character to pick if you’re worried about losing even when you play well. You fuck up one anti-air and you potentially get stunned and lose the round. At least Cammy has a DP. :razz: And for the Guile match you’ll just get frustrated that you can no longer df.mp under his booms safely and when he starts turtling and beating all your pokes with mk and neutral j.hp you might regret trying to play Sim. :karate: If he knows what he’s doing, I guess.
