anyways the EX2 isnt horrible or anything. yes the buttons and stick dont feel so great after you use it for a while, and while it hasnt happened to me ive heard that the pcb might die, but its not like you cant execute on it after at worst day or two of getting used to it. i would say its kinda like a bad car. it does what it needs to but youre not going to convince anyone that you have a high quality piece of hardware.
as of today im using a full sanwa modded Tekken 5 stick with a “madcatz live arcade pad” pcb thrown inside. works fine as far as i can tell. i couldnt believe it i found the madcatz pad for $7 (!!!) today since i didnt think i was going to get an xbox360 pcb for anything less than $25.
so yeah if you can get a cheap pcb + box and youre not afraid of a soldering iron you can make yourself a pretty decent custom for not that much money.

Holy fuck, I hate the ex2 stick. After one day, the stick is doesn’t detect shit properly.
