I have a buddy I’m going to meet up there and I’m thinking of doing a tour around the island. They’ll basically be my guide but what can you suggest to check out or must check out in the country? It looks fucking gorgeous.

I think in most countries, the key is to make sure to eat whatever their national/regional specialties are. Get a list of Taiwanese food and make sure to grab some of that because you’ll probably remember that more than most of the sights.

Any karaoke places if you’re into that. Nightclubs, I’d say Luxy and MOS were the two best.
I’ve heard nightlife in Taipei is gdlk, you can eat so much good shit at night markets for cheapass prices. For clubs I know about Luxy and Primo, lots of celebs go there.
watch out for exploding whales.
