At first of the stage, a player who wins lot get a “right to call”.
It is a right to choose a player to match.
Then called player has a “right to refuse”.
He can refuse the call once in a stage.
If one’s call had refused, the one who used a right to call loses his right to refuse.

It means that when the one did too cheap call?(e.g. Zangief to Abel, Sagat to Zangief), probably he will be refused and will be at a disadvantage that he can’t refuse the call from other player he hardly deal.
On the other hand, the one rashly refuse the call will be at same disadvantage .

Well, i’m lost becuse they have Dragon Boy and Inoue listed as Ken… Last time I checked Dragon Boy switched over to Gouki and Inoue still mains Bison with Ken as a secondary.

Godsgarden made contact with Sako, but he said he is now changing his main into Akuma. and he has a date on 7 Aug.
So we had to give up his coming and omited his name from results.
We’re very sorry for his absence.

ODC emailed me this morning and told me he is one of the organizers for Godsgarden. I am e-mailing him now to see if the US players can join the event… I wish I was in Tokyo to help out more since I’m familiar with the area but I live in Osaka now.
