I’m telling you, it’s Harada the awesome Asian guy, who not only offers you DLC content for free, but he also gives it to you right away, if you have any kind of problems with the game at all! And it your case it was having the game freeze while playing.

Does Slim Bob have any exclusive moves that Bob doesn’t have?
Slim Bob has the exact same movelist as Bob, but with different “physics”, if you can call it that. Basically, Bob’s move that utilize his size have different properties that I’m guessing were put there for comedic effect, but are actually kind of iteresting gameplay wise.
F+1+2 for Slim Bob knocks him into a custom buttflop state, but the distance he gets pushed back is far enough that it’s relatively safe on block. I can punish it with Asuka’s f+2, but that move is one of the best punishes in the game. I’m guessing wave dashes could lead to a decent punish, but that’s a big difference from free full combo punishes.
His 1+3 throw has a different animation, but that seems to be just for show.
His ff+1+2 throw doesn’t launch anymore, since he’s apparently too scrawny to throw a dude into the air. Likewise, you can’t tag buffer it, since it’s no longer a high launcher. Seems kind of useless now.
