I have been playing though… ticking throws on GGPO really isn’t my happy place though.

I’m wondering the same thing. Will there be anything in the way of SSF4 casuals today at the store? I’m going to be heading up to Elkin’s Park to play Super with a few friends of mine and would jump at the chance to get more in the way of matchup experience.

Game Junkie actually closed at 4pm today. There were no casuals either due to people having gone to a tournament the day before, and we need to meditate and reflect on what we have learned.

I was pretty much the only one there today. My trip wasn’t in total vain though as I did pick up a couple games while hanging around.
As for after the holiday, I’m out of town until the 28th; so I won’t be around next Sunday. Though I’d check with the store later this week about their hours as they might be doing altered times between x-mas and new years.
Yeah, sorry about being half asleep when you called Joe, for some reason my new phone didn’t show your number as being you (which is odd because your’e in my phonebook lol).
I also thought I posted this morning that nothing was going to happen, I don’t even know what happened there, to be honest.
I don’t know if we’re gonna have a meeting next week either, it being the holidays and everyone will probably be busy. After that though, we should have some good shit going down. I’ll have to talk to Frank about exactly is happening at what point with the expansion, and scheduling. Means the 3s cabinet will be in Glenside, I can now go back on my word about hosting sessions on Saturday Night, or Friday Night, or both. I would like to run a little SSFIV tournament in the new year to kick things off in the new place (a sort of grand opening party). I’d also like to get a Ranbat going for 3s when everyones settled in the new semester, and maybe even for a few other games.
First things first I’ll have to get over and talk to frank about a few things…
